Stephany Ibrahim FitchEXECUTIVE TRAJECTORY

15+ YEARS · ONE OPERATING INSTINCT

The categories changed.
The standard did not.

From sustainability and consumer brands to subscriptions, marketplaces, faith-tech and AI-native product building.
SELECTED EXPERIENCE

Built across categories.
Connected by one instinct.

Companies and brands I helped build, grow or transform — shown by chapter, not as borrowed prestige.

01 · THE FOUNDATION

Accountability before marketing

Biology at UNICAMP led into socio-environmental risk at ABN AMRO, sustainability at Itaú and public-policy and circular-economy work at Philips. The work began with systems, consequences and responsibility — long before growth became the title.

02 · COMMERCIAL DISCIPLINE

Brands, channels and operating rigor

At Unilever and JBS / Swift, strategy had to survive distribution, pricing, retail execution, category economics and consumer behavior. That discipline later became the foundation for building digital markets.

03 · PRODUCT & SUBSCRIPTIONS

Growth beyond acquisition

At PlayKids / Leiturinha, product strategy covered 180K+ subscribers and helped reduce churn from 6% to 3.5%. At Goomer, the work moved into B2B SaaS, PLG and digital restaurant experiences accelerated by the pandemic.

04 · GLOBAL OPERATOR

APAC / Indonesia, LATAM and seven language regions

Work in Bali with BIASA and Paletas Wey across fashion and consumer businesses expanded the cultural lens. Glorify and Hallow turned that instinct into international operating systems across Brazil, Latin America, Europe, the Philippines and 7+ language regions.

05 · SCALE

Markets built from zero

Glorify LATAM became the global growth engine. Hallow Brazil grew from 300K to 5M+ downloads under my responsibility, reached the #1 position on both app stores and passed 50 million prayers completed by Brazilians.

06 · AI-NATIVE LEADERSHIP

Judgment with new leverage

At Neighbor, AI experimentation helped surface marketplace-supply quality and high-potential Power Hosts. With WiseSeed, my own faith-driven money and responsibility app for kids and families, I orchestrated LLM tools across product, code, QA and launch to ship an iOS product without an engineering team.
